The Assembly Room.

In keeping with carousels’ rich heritage, we boast high performance in our traditional or all-metal machines. We repair or replace the mechanics of old machines to keep them in running condition, and fabricate new mechanicals, including all of the castings, the weldments, everything that comes together to make the main frame.

With our precision engineering and mechanical cast parts and attention to the detail of balance and ratios, our machines operate effortlessly year round. Having our own patternmakers allows us to make our own custom patterns for any part we need to have cast or reproduced to maintain the original integrity of any machine.

Our assembly room allows us to assemble the mechanics of the carousel as we build / restore them, ensuring that they fit together seamlessly during site installation.
